I have made contact with Shuperb before in regards to some boots that my husband wanted but unfortunately they weren’t in stock in his size.
Then recently he saw another pair which he liked & he ordered them it was a very easy process & unbelievable they arrived the next day with no extra cost what great service.
On trying his boots on he notice there was only one tag which was clearly displayed when they were ordered but my husband commented that he would prefer if there was a tag on each boot.
I decided to ring to enquire not really thinking that this would be possible that was when I spoke to the lovely Jessica who told me she was working from home but when in the office today she would see if she could find a tag & would let me know & low & behold as good as her word Jessica called this morning to say she had found one & it was on its way in the post.
To say we are more than extremely grateful & satisfied is an understatement thank you Jessica you & Shuperb are fantastic.

Have bought a few pairs of desert boots from you always value for money,very good quality for the price .

Fab looking pair of boots, fitting well. One lace was frayed but within a few days a new set was delivered. Suede material is a little hard even after a few days of wearing, but hoping this will soften on both boots with regular wear.

I loved these as soon as I opened the box, however, I ordered size 3 (usual size although usually slightly too big) but unfortunately these were far too big and disappointingly I had to return. They were at least 2" longer when put next to other size 3 boots/shoes that I own, and I own plenty of them!! Exceptionally fast delivery time so thank you at least for that.
