Unfortunately I had to return these lovely boots so glad I paid £1 in advance.
Good idea and so easy if you want to return anything
It is such a good idea to order the pre paid label just in case you need to send them back. For just a £1 it seems such a little price to pay.
Easy and quick to use. Especially great because I found it easier to process the return while it was on my mind. It’s worth getting the label to not have the usual hassle of trying to find the section of the website to download a returns label. Or emailing someone and waiting to receive a returns form.
Great idea, for a quid, just in case you have to return an item. Better than three quid if you purchase yourself. You can't always tell from a picture if the shoe will fit. It must be expensive for retailers to pay postage, so this is a compromise.
Although you may be spending £1 unnecessarily, if you do need to return the footwear, it would cost a lot more than £1. I think it gives you confidence to place the order in the first place. I have been caught out before on other sites; i automatically think all returns are free but this is not always the case
